Team Kan-Zen Karate ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle the personal information you give us, including through our Facebook and Instagram sign-up forms.

When you request a free trial class, we collect:

• Full name
• Phone number
• Email address
• Who the class is for (you, your child, or both)
• Your child's age (if the class is for a child)
• The best time to contact you

We use your information only to:

• Contact you to book your free trial class
• Follow up about classes, schedules, and memberships
• Send you occasional news or offers (you can opt out any time)

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

We share your information only with trusted service providers that help us run our business, such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), which collects the form, and scheduling, email, or messaging tools we use to contact you. They may use it only to provide services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law.

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above. If you do not become a member, we delete your information within 24 months of your last contact with us, or sooner if you ask.

Our classes are open to children, but information about a child must be provided by a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.

We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). You may ask to:

• See the information we hold about you
• Correct it
• Delete it
• Withdraw your consent

You can stop marketing messages at any time by replying "STOP" to a text, clicking "unsubscribe" in an email, or contacting us directly.

We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure and limit access to staff who need it.
